Some bits almost sound right, but there's no way i could play the song using these chords.

Not the right chords in the beginning, Ebm7b5 is wrong, I guess it should be Bdim or so. Needs definitly a bit of rework.

Ebm7b5 should just be B7/D# (almost the same chord), and the chords for “I couldn’t feel any better or I’d be sick” should be E13 (the melody is the 13) A9 and THEN F#mi7b5 (melody is the m3) and B7. Then the next line should be E9 to C9#11 (2 bars each) for the first “tell me quick, oh ain’t love a kick.” Also, the A chord at the end of the forms seem like sus chords (again, the melody dictates since it is the 4th) so i just play G/A. The rest is great - good work and thank you. It’s not easy to hear all those voicings on those old recordings :-)
