The intro and verses are loosley finger picked;
Strumming down the bass notes with my thumb and plucking up the trebel with my index
and/or middle.
I strum the chorus 'normally'

They're mostly bar chords with the high e string left open and the Low E muted or missed
I switch between the G bar chord on the verse and Open G for the chorus.

These chords are the most accurate of the bunch, but the chords you've got for the choruses are only correct for the last chorus (well the last bit that's kind of two choruses together). The earlier two choruses go G*, A, G*, D, A, Em, G*, A. You can see this from his live performances. The vocal melody also changes between these two variations of the chorus.
