yes! C#m/A does work and it is a very good arrangement this is the best chord arrangement the others I've looked at are really not very good. cheers this is helpfull

on further listening the original was Ab not a but I think their guitars were tuned a half step down so played as if it was A natural just returned and used this arrangement works a treat very close to original the C#m7/A to
Bm7/A opening chords works well . try it with original bread tune.
