Composed by David Gillingham. Cantatas. Cantata. Score only. Published by C. Alan Publications (CN.06221).

Forward Through the Ages, cantata for choir, children's choir, bell choir, organ, piano, cello, and timpani, was written for the commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of the First United Methodist Church, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. The cantata received its premiere November 18, 2001. The cantata is based on the hymn, Forward Through the Ages. To the powerful words by Frederick Lucian Hosmer (1908), I have composed a new hymn. --DRG.
